About Us

The Bernard family has been producing quality pure maple syrup since the early 19th century. Although much has changed since that nostalgic era of endless nights of boiling in wood-fired evaporators, the family has preserved and religiously passed on its know-how to subsequent generations. Today, the 5th generation of Bernard sugar masters continues to ensure the preparation of top-quality pure maple syrup, which is now exported to over 40 countries.
